Remy Glaisner

Remy Glaisner advises and consults with Talent executives at F500 organizations and HR Tech market leaders on a range of transformation and business-technology topics. He also regularly publishes thought leadership pieces covering Skill-Based Organization, Future of Work, and Talent digitization.

Remy was formerly with AWS as an early joiner of the Global Talent Intelligence team. Before, he served as a Research Director at firm IDC, overseeing their "Worldwide Robotics" and "IT/OT Convergence Strategies" practices. Prior to this, he founded and ran Myria Research, focusing on thought leadership and advisory services for Operations executives at F500 organizations looking to scale intelligent robotics technology deployments. Earlier, Remy also spent seven years with Gartner in a variety of roles and locations.
